Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BoutiquePro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Service Operator

BoutiquePro is operated by Ritesh Soni HUF. These Terms govern your use of the BoutiquePro website, applications, and related services.

Permitted Use

You may use BoutiquePro only for lawful business purposes related to managing your boutique operations. This permission does not include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Using the service to violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Uploading malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content
• Using connected third-party data without proper authorization

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your business and contact details up to date.

Connected Services and Third-Party Accounts

BoutiquePro may allow you to connect third-party services, including Google Business Profile and other external platforms. You may connect only accounts and business profiles that you own or are otherwise authorized to manage.

By connecting a third-party service, you authorize BoutiquePro to access and use the minimum data required to provide the requested feature set. If you revoke the connection, related functionality may stop working until access is restored.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans, if selected, are billed according to the pricing and billing terms shown at the time of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Customer Data

You retain responsibility for the customer, order, employee, and business data you upload or manage through BoutiquePro. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use that data with the service.

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or use the service in a way that is unlawful or abusive. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoutiquePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
